with Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, hinting that pop sensation Taylor Swift could potentially be deposed.

When asked about Swift’s potential involvement, Freedman stated, “I don’t know that we’re going to depose Taylor Swift. 

I think that’s going to be probably a game-time decision. I don’t know that that decision has been made.” 

However, he emphasized that anyone with information that could provide relevant evidence in the case would likely be called to testify. “But I can tell you this, anyone that reasonably has information that can provide evidence in this case is going to be deposed,” Freedman added, fueling speculation about Swift’s potential role in the case.

In his countersuit, Baldoni has accused Lively of significantly increasing the production budget for their film *It Ends With Us*, claiming that her wardrobe demands alone caused a $430,000 surge in costs.
