The 66-year-old Oscar nominee – who boasts 3.9M Instagram followers – captioned her worrying post: ‘This trip has been tough; but I’m tougher.’
Sharon’s left eye was injured in a shocking elevator snap she shared of herself wearing a plunging black top beneath a white-patterned pantsuit.
Stone’s Instagram received concerned and supportive comments from folks like Emmy winner Niecy Nash, Beverly Hills socialite Nikki Haskell, MSNBC political analyst Molly Jong Fast, and artist Jay Misurka.
It’s unclear when the What About Love actress hurt her eye, but she revealed she was in Turkey on Wednesday with a snap of the backyard of her hotel room.
Before that, Sharon traveled to France and Italy where she was honored with a lifetime achievement award at the Taormina Film Festival on July 19.

Sharon and Bob previously co-starred as agent Iris Burton and Tommy Wiseau’s method acting teacher, respectively, in James Franco’s 2017 critically-acclaimed biographical comedy, The Disaster Artist.
Stone famously got her big break playing villains in Paul Verhoeven’s 1990 film Total Recall and his 1992 film Basic Instinct, and she just landed another baddie on the big screen.
The avid painter will also appear in the 11th season of Finding Your Roots with Henry Louis Gates, Jr., which premieres early next year on PBS.
‘I just found out that I’m French royalty,’ Sharon boasted to THR on July 9.
‘I just did that show on PBS, Finding Your Roots, and it turns out I’m related to Charlemagne. I am from a long line of royalty in France!’
On the personal front, Stone has three adopted sons – Roan Joseph Stone (formerly Bronstein), 24; Laird Vonne Stone, 19; and Quinn Kelly Stone, 18.
