SHOCKING!!! Prince Harry Faces Backlash for Being Ungrateful After REFUSING to Attend the Funeral of Close Uncle Lord Robert Fellowes

Prince Harry will likely be skipping a major family funeral soon as he doesn’t want to escalate the ongoing feud with the Royal Family, his former pal has claimed.

The Prince of Wales and the Duke of Sussex’s uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes, who was the late Princess Diana’s brother-in-law, died last Monday, aged 82, of undisclosed causes.

His funeral plans have not been revealed, however, it is highly unlikely that Harry will attend the family event, according to an ex-friend of his.

They told the Daily Beast: “The death will be a huge blow to the Spencer family.

“In normal times it would be unimaginable that Harry would not be there to support Jane. Of course he would want to be there.

“It will be a huge gathering of the Spencer clan. But these are not normal times and it may well be that everyone feels Harry’s attendance would just create too much drama.

“It will be very sad for him if he can’t make it.”

Lord Fellowes was a British courtier who was Private Secretary to the late Queen Elizabeth from 1990 to 1999.

He was married to Lady Jane Spencer – Diana’s sister – and was a maternal first cousin of Ronald Ferguson, the father of the Duchess of York.

While his relationship with Diana was reportedly not the best, he shared a close bond with both of his nephews and attended their weddings in 2011 and 2018.

However, he did posthumously describe his sister-in-law as an “exceptional and gifted human being”.

After he stepped down as Elizabeth’s Private Secretary in February 1999, he returned to private banking before being created a life peer in July of the same year.

He took the title of Baron Fellowes of Shotesham in the County of Norfolk in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List and sat as a crossbench peer until his retirement in 2022.

It has been reported that Prince Harry is opting to not attend a significant family funeral in order to avoid further tensions with the Royal Family. This decision comes in the wake of the passing of Lord Robert Fellowes, the uncle of both Prince Harry and Prince William, who was a respected figure in the British court. While the details of the funeral have not been disclosed, sources close to Harry suggest that his absence will be felt deeply by the Spencer family.Amidst rumors of a strained relationship with certain members of the Royal Family, Harry’s decision to skip the funeral may be a strategic move to prevent any potential conflicts from arising.
