Alison Hammond looked incredible as she showcased her slimmed down frame in a workout video which she shared to Instagram on Tuesday.
The TV personality, 49, flaunted her new physique as she posted a clip hoisting a weight up and down while being encouraged by her personal trainer.
Reposting her coach’s video to her Stories, she sported a stylish blue and orange gym set which featured a quirky lined design.
Alison appeared in top spirits for her workout as she accessorised with some orange-tinted sunglasses and a NY snapback cap.
The trainer captioned the clip: ‘The queen in the house’.
Her clip comes just days after Alison looked sensational on Friday’s episode of This Morning, as the presenter continued to showcase her incredible weight loss.
She stunned in a black and white patterned button-up dress, complete with strappy gold sandals, as she fronted the ITV programme with co-host Dermot O’Leary.
Alison was glowing as she opted to accessorise with gold bracelets, rings and hoop earrings – sporting a radiant face of makeup and wearing her hair curled.
And the presenter has looked nothing short of incredible all week after slipping into a variety of chic outfits- including gorgeous dresses, colourful tops, and figure-hugging black jeans.
Amid her body transformation, the broadcaster opted to sell off her old size 26 clothes earlier this year in aid charity in memory of her late mother, who passed away from Liver Cancer in 2020.
Alison, who replaced Matt Lucas as a co-host of The Great British Bake Off in 2023, previously explained how she now has a strict rule on cake tasting after gaining a stone while filming.
The TV presenter originally said she only agreed to join the show ‘for the cake’ – but now she’s realised she has to curb the tasty treats.
Alison has decided to self-impose a limit of sampling only winners’ creations and those bakes which are awarded Paul Hollywood’s famous handshakes.
She told the Off Menu podcast: ‘I just started filming Bake Off. I’ve never seen the tent so cold. It was freezing, absolutely freezing. I had my thermals on underneath my dress.
‘But I love that show for the cake. People don’t realise I am literally there for the cake. After every bake you’re allowed to taste every bake and last year I put on a stone.
‘It’s taken me a year to take that stone off.
‘So now I’m only eating if they get a handshake or the winner of a section. But anything else sorry, I’m not going there. As soon as it goes in my mouth I swallow it – I love it.’
