Lauryn Goodman could find herself moving home if she gets a new boyfriend thanks to Kyle Walker.
The former bank cashier found her personal life being aired out in court after she went up against the Manchester City FC player, who she shares two children with.
Goodman, 33, and Kyle, 34, welcomed two children after very brief flings – but he has no emotional relationship with the children.
Lauryn often shares glimpses of Kairo, four, and Kinara, one on social media, despite previously asking the courts to keep the identities of her children hidden.
And also signing for an ITV reality show – which was later shelved. Lauryn had also been hoping to have a relationship with Kyle.
Who is married to Annie Kilner. Over the years, she demanded things from Kyle, such as an astroturf for her home, a new car, and redecoration.
Following the birth of Kairo, Kyle splashed out on a house for Lauryn and their son but the sale came with some strict terms and conditions, it has now been revealed. Honour Judge Edward Hess has revealed the full details of the court ruling which revealed that should Kairo finish his education with a first degree, the house would go up for sale.
Judge Hess went on to add: “A sale would be triggered on Kairo ceasing education up to a first degree or earlier if the mother cohabited with or married another person (subject to the leave of the court if Kairo was still in education).” He later went on to write that Lauryn had asked for this clause to be removed from the judgment, which Kyle didn’t agree to.
The clause, which was reproduced from the Standard Family Order says: “Simultaneously with the purchase of the new home the Respondent shall grant the applicant a Tenancy allowing the applicant and the child of the relationship to occupy it rent-free to the exclusion of the respondent until the first to happen of the following events (“the determining event”)… The applicant’s re-marriage or cohabitation with another person as man and wife for a continuous period of 6 months…provided that in any event the property shall not be sold without the permission of the court while any child of the relationship in occupation of the property is still a minor or of full age but receiving full-time education or training (including one gap year).”
Judge Hess later added in his judgement: ” I certainly have the jurisdiction to remove this clause, but in my view, it would be inappropriate and unfair for me to do and I shall not accede to this demand by the mother.” The same term of the judgement applies to Kinara, too, meaning that when she finishes her education, or if Lauryn cohabits or marries, a sale would be triggered.
In a humiliating written judgement, Honour Judge Edward Hess branded Lauryn “often difficult, unreasonable and demanding” and said she didn’t have a “good track record of telling the truth”. Judge Hess described Kyle as a “perfectly straightforward witness….[who] gave his answers in an even and thoughtful tone” before going on to deliver a scathing review of Lauryn.
He added: “My assessment of the mother is that she was not reliable, often said what she thought would help her case rather than what was true, failed to make a calm and measured assessment of what she needed and often exaggerated her need to spend money (I think the father was correct to observe that the mother was in many ways treating him as an open-ended cheque book).”
Earlier this month, a source close to Walker revealed to the Mirror that Kyle had been unable to have a relationship with Kairo and Kinara due to Lauryn’s actions. They said: “The way Lauryn has behaved towards Annie and her children has made it impossible for Kyle to forge an emotional relationship with them without protecting the privacy of his own family. Kyle provides for Lauryn’s children financially and will continue to do so.”
