Mauricio Umansky is turning up the heat with girlfriend Nikita Kahn.
The “Buying Beverly Hills” alum and the model were spotted getting cozy at the One&Only Mandarina resort near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on Saturday, according to photos obtained by TMZ.
They were seen walking side-by-side in the sand and later holding hands while heading toward the ocean.
Umansky, 54, and Kahn, 33, shared an intimate moment in the water as the Ukrainian-American actress gently grabbed the reality star’s face.
Their bodies were touching as they appeared to be getting ready to kiss.
For the outing, the real estate mogul wore black-and-white swim trunks, while Kahn sported an orange triangle bikini top and cheeky blue bottoms.
Umansky appeared to be letting off some steam after Page Six confirmed that the third installment of “BBH” wouldn’t be moving forward on Netflix.
The series followed Mauricio and his staff at The Agency, including his daughters, Farrah Brittany, Alexia Umansky and Sophia Umansky.
The second season highlighted Mauricio’s marital woes with his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, after the former couple announced their separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.
At the time, the pair denied any wrongdoing in their marriage and credited their split to the “most challenging” year of their union.
While the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 55, and Mauricio initially navigated their split through couple’s therapy while living together in their shared martial home, he has since moved out.
Mauricio and Khan were first photographed kissing at the Mykonos Airport in July.
Per photos obtained by TMZ, the duo then spent the week snuggled up at a famous beach club in Greece.
Despite Mauricio and Richards agreeing to date other people, the Bravo star allegedly had a meltdown when she saw the snaps of him kissing Kahn.
“I think it was a hard pill to swallow seeing it,” Richards’ sister Kathy Hilton told Page Six last month. “So what I’m trying to do is just kind of calm her down a little bit. ‘You know this was bound to happen. You’ve been separated.’”
The mom of four also removed the descriptor of “wife” from her Instagram bio.
