Sitting courtside with his girlfriend, Kysre Gondrezick, and WNBA rookie sensation Angel Reese, Brown was caught on NBA TV’s sideline cameras seemingly saying: “I don’t think Bronny is a pro.”

“I think he’ll be on the G-League team, for sure,” Gondrezick reportedly responded.

Then, Brown allegedly said: “I don’t think so, I think because of his name, he’ll be on the Lakers.”

Bronny was selected 55th overall in the 2024 NBA Draft. His selection fulfilled a long-held dream of his father, LeBron James, who has always hoped to play alongside his son in the NBA. This historic moment marks the first time a father-son duo shares the same roster in the league.

Bronny’s Summer League stats highlight his offensive struggles, with limited scoring and poor shooting percentages. His shooting remained consistently low across all games.
