Lauryn Goodman went all out for her baby daughter’s first birthday after slamming Kyle Walker.
The influencer, 33, has a four-year-old son Kairo and a daughter simply known as ‘KW’ with England footballer Kyle.
She only recently hit out at the 34-year-old sports star as she warned him about not ‘missing out’ on their children’s milestones with a savage post on her social media page.
On Thursday, she shared a compilation video of the gorgeous decorations, cake, and party games for KW’s first birthday.
She captioned the post: “Happy birthday to my beautiful daughter KW. There is no smile bigger than yours and I promise I will always treat you and your brother the same.
“You both mean the absolute world to me and you were destined to be here. You have no idea how much joy you bring us and your soul is so magical.
You are one of a kind and I am truly blessed to be your mama, thank you for being you. I can’t believe how much you look like your brother and I am so happy with our little family unit. I hope you had the best day with your teddy bear picnic theme organised by [company].”
The entire party had the theme colours of brown, pink and white. A giant ‘KW’ sign was placed in the garden next to a wall of goodie bags. A table was set up on the floor with enough seating for friends and family. In one clip, KW was seen playing with a giant teddy bear mascot as Lauryn proudly looked at her.
Not only was there a giant table covered in charcuterie, guests also enjoyed bear-themed cupcakes, lollipops and snacks. There was also a bubble tea station, a charcuterie buffet and cookies. Lauryn made sure to put in a photo booth so everyone could get photos with their friends and children.
Earlier in the day, Lauryn posted about the importance of not missing milestones. She wrote: “You only get: 1 first birthday, 1 set of first steps, 20 times to play tooth fairy, 1 first day at school, 10 times to be Santa, 5 nativity plays, 1 graduation, 1 first date, 18 summers, a few family holidays if you’re lucky, 1 chance to be the parents you want to be. Don’t miss a second of it… The days are long but the years are so short.”
It comes after Lauryn had to explain the meaning behind her KW necklace after being slammed by fans of the football star. The mother-of-two rocked a glittering gold chain in court recently where she was thrashing out childcare arrangements with the Man City star.
Fans accused her of taunting Kyle’s wife Annie Kilner – with who he shares four children. She told people to ‘get over it’ and explained the meaning behind it. Sharing a filtered snap of herself and Kairo with a strawberry superimposed over their faces, she wrote: “To clarify, my necklace initials are for my children. I’ve been wearing it since 2020. Apparently, people still aren’t over it… their issue, not ours.”
