KATIE Price fans have made an urgent request after the star showed off the results of her facelift and “butterfly lips” procedures.
Followers of the former glamour model flooded her latest Instagram grid post with concerned comments, suggesting she now “looks like an AI.”
Many urged Katie, 46, to ditch using image filters and “show the real you” as she promoted a natural body scrub and face mask.
The mum of five’s jawline looked snatched, with her face wrinkle-free and glowing as she showcased the product.
The snap, which saw her posing in a cosmetics store, saw her brunette locks pulled off her face in an up-do and her plump pout flashing a smile.
Katie donned a cosy red jumper and grey hoodie, giving a nod to the item in her cheeky caption which read: “Who wants a bath with KP?”
Yet her fans were quick to react to her new look.
One took to the comments section to plead: “Really show the real you.”
Another posted: “But that’s not you, it’s just a photoshopped random picture.”
A third put: “She’s filtering every photo since the op,” as another simply added: “AI.”
One follower remarked: “New face, who dis?
“No really, who dis?”
Previously, fans called out a “painful” detail in her last snap.
The plastic surgery fanatic jetted to Turkey for a new round of procedures last month.
She also recently had her lips plumped and her pout injected this week.

Katie’s latest procedure, known as the butterfly lip, involves using surgical tape and injecting filler to leave the lips excessively big and turned upwards in a butterfly shape.
She gave the first glimpse of her new pout as she headed to a cafe in a clip posted to social media.
