Katie Price rocked up at a London court today showing off her new facelift, ready to get grilled over her finances after being declared bankrupt for the second time
Katie Price was lapping up the attention as she left the High Court today, according to a body language expert.
Price, 46, was in London for a grilling over her finances after being declared bankrupt for more than £750,000.
When she left the Rolls Building after her hearing was adjourned, the mum-of-five launched a foul-mouthed tirade at waiting press, fuming: “I hope you reporters write a good story today, won’t you, all the bullsh** that you write, scumbags.”
Commenting on her demeanour as Katie showed off the results of her sixth facelift, Judi James says the OnlyFans star was showing signs of “bravado” as she pushed past paparazzi
She shared: “Signs of body language messaging might suggest she’s enjoying the attention as usual or at least determined to put on a show of resilience, bravado and strength. Her back is straight and her chin held up, there is no obvious raising or hunching of her shoulders to suggest anxiety and tension and she lets the large bag hang on her shoulder rather than using it as any barrier.”
Before the latest hearing related to Katie’s bankruptcies had been adjourned so she can attend a “private interview” over her finances, the model shocked fans when she arrived at court dressed all in black, rocking an enormous pair of wraparound sunglasses.
No stranger to court appearances, the Pricey never fails to stun with her curious court couture, which has included fluffy sliders, fur hats and most recently, her face wrapped in bandages following her facelift.
Speaking about her appearance today, Judi said it was “dangerous” to assume anything about Katie’s state of mind because her face is virtually “impenetrable”. She explained: “A smooth forehead and a mouth that is curled up at the corners would normally be the sign of a trouble-free, happy state of mind, but reading Katie’s inner mood from her facial expression would be misleading to the point of dangerous here thanks to all the work she has had done to her features.”
She continued: “Inside she might be feeling like Munch’s ‘The Scream’ but her expression externally is now rendered impenetrable, plus she’s added those huge shades to cover her eyes.”
Katie will be back in court on September 24 after Bertie Beor-Roberts, for the star, said: “We are asking the court to adjourn the examination generally.” He continued: “The general purpose is to permit Price to attend a private interview with the trustee and then to continue to engage constructively.”
Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Nicholas Briggs agreed to the adjournment and asked the former glamour model whether she would give an undertaking to the court that she would attend the private interview next month with lawyers representing the trustee of her bankruptcies.
