Joe Rogan Revives Prince Harry’s Criticism Over COVID-19 Misinformation: ‘I Didn’t Speak Falsehoods, Why Is He ‘Badmouthing’ Me?’

Joe Rogan mocked Prince Harry in his new Netflix comedy special because the royal was “talking s–t” about him.

The former “Fear Factor” host ripped into the Duke of Sussex for his public concerns about the “COVID misinformation” Rogan was allegedly spreading on his Spotify show.

“I got canceled so often during COVID that sometimes I would find out by accident,” Rogan said during his new live stand-up, “Burn the Boats.”

“This is a true story. One time I just woke up — I’m in my underwear — I plop down, turn the TV on and Prince Harry’s talking s–t about me.

“I’m like I just woke up. I’m vulnerable. I’m in my underwear and there is a prince on TV talking about me.”

Rogan, 57, then mocked Harry’s British accent while saying, “He’s like, ‘Joe Rogan is giving out dangerous vaccine misinformation.’ And my first thought was, ‘F–k. Did I?’”

The “NewsRadio” alum then imagined what it would be like to do drugs with Harry, 39, and speak about whether or not the COVID-19 vaccines are actually safe.

“Could you imagine doing mushrooms with Prince Harry? You imagine if you could trick that guy into doing mushrooms with you,” he told the live audience.

“The moment you see him chew it and swallow it. There’s a moment when you do mushrooms — like 20 minutes after you swallow it — when you know you can’t throw it up anymore.”

Rogan added, “And you’re like, ‘Oh no it’s going to happen,’ and you’re sitting eye to eye with the prince. And here’s the thing. Mushrooms take about 40 minutes to kick in, but about 35 minutes in you hear them coming. You hear footsteps in the distance. Meanwhile, Prince Harry is tripping balls.

“I’m going to hover over him and say, ‘Are you sure vaccines are safe? Bitch, you’re not a scientist!’”

Page Six has reached out to Harry’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Harry and his 43-year-old wife, Meghan Markle, were unhappy in April 2021 when Rogan claimed that healthy young people didn’t need to bother getting a COVID-19 vaccine — despite advice from the CDC and medical experts saying otherwise.

In 2022, the Sussexes called out Spotify for hosting “misinformation” via Rogan’s podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

“Last April, our co-founders began expressing concerns to our partners at Spotify about the all too real consequences of COVID-19 misinformation on its platform,” the couple, who reportedly had a $25 million deal with the audio giant, said in a statement via an Archwell spokesperson.

“We have continued to express our concerns to Spotify to ensure changes to its platform are made to help address this public health crisis.”

Due to Rogan’s comments, Neil Young removed his entire catalog from Spotify and so did Joni Mitchell. However, in February, Rogan signed a massive $250 million with the platform.

Joe Rogan continued to face backlash for his controversial comments on his podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience.” Despite signing a lucrative deal with Spotify, Rogan has come under fire for spreading misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines. Many critics, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, have raised concerns about the potential impact of Rogan’s words on public health. In his latest comedy special, Rogan doubled down on his remarks, poking fun at Prince Harry for speaking out against him. The comedian joked about the idea of doing drugs with the prince and engaging in a heated debate about vaccine safety. Rogan’s mocking tone and dismissive attitude towards criticism have only served to fuel the ongoing controversy surrounding his show. While some fans continue to support Rogan’s unfiltered approach to comedy and commentary, others are calling for accountability and responsible journalism. The debate over free speech versus harmful misinformation rages on, with no clear resolution in sight. As the saga unfolds, it remains to be seen how Rogan will navigate the increasingly volatile landscape of public opinion. With major artists like Neil Young and Joni Mitchell distancing themselves from Spotify over the controversy, the platform faces mounting pressure to address the issue of misinformation on its platform. In the midst of this turmoil, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have remained steadfast in their commitment to combating misinformation and promoting public health awareness. Their advocacy efforts have sparked a larger conversation about the responsibility of media platforms and influential figures in shaping public opinion. As the world grapples with the ongoing challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the clash between entertainment, politics, and public health continues to play out on a global stage. Rogan’s comedic jabs may entertain some, but the implications of his words extend far beyond the realm of entertainment. The debate over truth, trust, and accountability is far from over, and the stakes have never been higher.
