Ant And Dec hilariously pushed each other off of paddle-boards as they larked around in the sea for a promotional video shared with Instagram followers on Thursday.

The Geordie pair, both 48, are travel agency TUI’s newest ‘Happiness Ambassadors’ – cleverly abbreviated to ‘HA’ and then said by both to imitate laughter.

And they wasted no time in demonstrating a water activity that makes holiday-goers very happy indeed – paddleboarding.

In a Reel, Ant said: ‘Hi, Ant And Dec here. TUI’s Happiness Ambassadors. And today we are trying out a very popular activity.

‘We’re very excited about it. We can’t wait to get going. We really want to get in the sea and start paddling.’

Dec cut in: ‘I would like to sit by the pool and read a book’ but Ant fired back: ‘No! Everybody likes activities on holiday!’

However, any apprehensions Dec had disappeared when the presenters ran into the sea and paddled under the sun.

He and Ant were under the watchful eyes of Fabrizio, a TUI representative and a paddleboard expert.

Ant And Dec captioned the post: ‘AD Didn’t quite master paddle boarding with @TUIUK, but at least we looked cool doing it… right?!’

Their followers were quick to reassure the pair, commenting: ‘Don’t worry you both still looked cool!’;

It comes after And And Dec both sported Hawaiian shirts as they filmed a recent TUI advert in Spain.

The duo made a surprise appearance at a budget family resort in Majorca to film their recent Happiness campaign.

Ant and Dec dressed in summery beachwear at the Protur Bonaire Hotel in Cala Bona to, where they filmed the commercial TV ad for TUI holidays.

In one of the clips shared on social media, Ant said: ‘Hi everyone, Ant and Dec here. Just wanting to let you know that we’re back as your TUI Happiness Ambassadors or the HA HA’s for short.’
