Alison Hammond seemed to lose patience with Gok Wan as she brutally shut him down minutes into This Morning.
Back at the helm of the ITV programme this Tuesday, July 23, the presenter, 49, was joined by Joel Dommett, who was taking hosting duties on the show for the second time this week as Alison’s regular co-star Dermot O’Leary’s absence continued.
The pair were all smiles as they ran through their schedule for this Tuesday’s instalment of the breakfast staple, with Gok Wan at their side as the fashion expert teased his own upcoming segment in which he set himself the challenge of resolving wardrobe woes.
Unfortunately for him, Alison was clearly keen to get on with the show as she abruptly interrupted their chat to urge him to “get on with it.”

Gok, 49, beamed as he introduced his own guests, all of which needed his expertise for different reasons. He then said: “The girls look amazing as they do right now but later on, Auntie Gok is going to be waving her wand.”
This prompted Alison to interject: “That’s a lot you’ve got to do, though. They’re all completely different.” She then bluntly added, rushing Gok out of the studio: “Get on, then! See you later! Quit messing around, get out of here and get on with it!”
This comes after Joel’s impromptu appearance on This Morning left viewers divided this Monday (July 22), as Dermot O’Leary was nowhere to be found in the studio. The Masked Singer UK star caused disruption on social media as TV fans extensively complained.
Things only went from bad to worse later on, when a blunder unfolded on live TV as Joel was recalling the time his wife, Hannah Cooper – who was recently revealed opposed to him starring in BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing – suffered an allergic reaction during a chat with Dr Zoe Williams.
Zoe appeared on the show via video call and Alison was shocked when her image had frozen: “You have frozen her,” Alison jokingly pointed out, while Joel apologised “I am so sorry! I am so sorry, Zoe.”
Dermot’s absence came as no surprise for This Morning fans as both he and Alison Hammond had made it clear last week the X Factor presenter would be out of office this Monday and Tuesday, making his return on Wednesday, July 24.
