This Morning fans were unable to unsee Cat Deeley’s annoying habit once they’d spotted it.
On Wednesday’s episode (July 10), viewers took to social media to share their dismay after becoming distracted while tuning in to their daytime favourite. Seemingly to many online users annoyance, Cat appeared to say “Love, love, love,” when she was particularly enthusiastic.
The over-use of the word “love” didn’t go down well with viewers, especially those on X – formerly known as Twitter – who used the platform to blast the TV star. One person fumed: “Stop saying love love love #ThisMorning.”
Another jested: #thismorning If she says Love, Love, Love one more time, I’m going to throw, throw, throw my remote at the TV!.” As a third echoed: “Does Cat have to keep saying love, love, love,” along with a rolling eyes emoji.
Fans fume over Cat’s annoying habit
Meanwhile, This Morning viewers were in for a shock after learning that Dermot O’Leary has been predicted as the next host to “quit” the show. According to the odds from betideas.com his odds of walking away are the strongest.
If the website’s predictions are anything to go by, then the 51-year-old at 11/10 to quit the programme could be a good indicator. A spokesperson, Lee Astley for the betideas.com explained: “Dermot O’Leary is the latest big ITV name to start branching out from his duties with the channel, with rumours rife that his tenure on ITV’s This Morning is coming to an end.”

He added: “We make him 11/10 to quit the flagship daytime programme altogether and 3/1 to start his own talk show, while appearances on a selection of BBC programmes also seem a possibility.”
Back in 2021, the former X Factor host joined the This Morning ranks starring alongside Alison Hammond, with the pair fronting Friday’s programme together. They stepped in to take over from the posts previously belonging to Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes.
