Kanye West and wife Bianca Censori had all eyes on them as they touched down in Florence, Italy, on Monday.

The rapper, 46, and the Australian beauty, 29, showed off their eye-popping styles, with Bianca sporting a unique white pillow accessory over her chest.

The look was similar to the purple cushion she donned in Florence last year.

During their controversial European trip which sparked accusations of indecent exposure — in order to cover up her cleavage.

The architect showed off her incredible figure in a shiny white thong bodysuit that highlighted her pert derrière. 

She completed the outfit with thigh-high black leather boots with open toes. 

Her raven tresses were slicked down in her signature chic bun. 

Meanwhile Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband was covered up, wearing a white zip-up hoodie and a pair of matching sweatpants.

The Donda musician held one protective arm around his wife, while clutching a stack of papers with his other hand.

The father-of-four finalized his outfit with white sneakers.

Last year Censori wore a slew of eccentric outfits during the couple’s Italian getaway.

At one point she was spotted walking the streets of Florence almost topless while holding a purple cushion over her chest to cover up her breasts.

No strangers to scandal, West and Censori continuously raised eyebrows over their choices in clothing, with Bianca’s barely-there looks sparking fury from locals.

At the time her sheer and mesh outfits, which left her breasts clearly visible, were described by social media users as ‘disrespectful’ in a country known for its conservative Catholic heritage.

There were even calls are being made for Kanye and Bianca to be arrested, after they were spotted enjoying an amorous moment on a boat, with West exposing his bare buttocks in front of gawking tourists. 

Images of the couple showed the American rapper seated at the back of the river taxi while Bianca placed her head in his lap.

Online critics have argued that the flesh-baring display constituted ‘public indecency.’

The trip comes after Bianca’s solo getaway to her native Australia. 

On Saturday she was spotted back home without her rapper husband. The model was seen eating lunch at the trendy Mario’s Café in Fitzroy, Melbourne with her parents, the Herald Sun reports.

In contrast to her usually racy get ups, Bianca, who works as the head of architecture at Kanye’s Yeezy brand, was wearing a khaki Miu Miu sweater dress and ‘blended in with the lunch crowd’ the Herald Sun claims.

It comes after news that Bianca’s loved ones are concerned her husband Kanye is ‘dragging her into the adult film world’ and using her to promote his new Yeezy Porn venture, insiders claim.

The Grammy winner — whose daughter North West, 10, recently landed a coveted role in the Lion King anniversary concert — has been lambasted by fans for appearing to dismiss the Christian beliefs he had previously prioritized so publicly.

Bianca’s family and friends are said to be among the critics and fear the architectural designer will be ‘used’ to ‘promote sexual indecency’ by the controversial musician.

‘Bianca’s family was willing to give Kanye the benefit of the doubt after her mum’s recent visit to LA,’ an insider told DailyMail.com exclusively.

‘For Bianca’s sake they were willing to overlook his anti-Semitic remarks and inappropriate behavior. 

‘They were even trying to accept that he was not forcing Bianca to do anything. They were aware of Kanye and Bianca’s project to create and sell their own brand of clothing.

‘But with two feminist sisters and an equally feminist mother, it is hard to rationalize or accept her involvement in this new venture.’

They continued: ‘The fact that he is dragging her into the adult film world with him and using her as a billboard already to promote sexual indecency is absolutely appalling and very worrying.

‘They feel he has convinced her that this is a good idea because it will make them wealthier.’

The source said her loved ones fear the new move could be detrimental to their marriage, as Kanye previously claimed his ex-wife Kim filed for divorce over his porn addiction.

‘Her family and friends are aware of Kanye’s history with pornography which makes it even more concerning,’ they said.

‘What is it going to do to his marriage with Bianca? He is already using her as a walking billboard for indecency.’

Their fears have reportedly risen after Milo Yiannopoulos, the Chief of Staff of Kanye’s Yeezy brand, officially quit because he could not be ‘complicit in the production and dissemination of pornographic films and literature for moral and religious reasons.’

Bianca has become synonymous with wearing X-rated outfits – from barely-there bodysuits and sheer tights to micro shorts – since she secretly married Kanye in December 2022.

Kanye’s plan for a Yeezy Porn studio has mainly led to a wave of backlash from fans who gravitated to him in recent years when he turned his focus toward Christian-themed music, including his 2019 album Jesus Is King and his Sunday Services.

Kanye was previously married to reality star Kim, 43, for nearly seven years. The duo wed in 2014 before Kardashian filed for divorce in 2021.

Aside from North, they also share younger daughter Chicago, five, and sons Saint, seven, and Psalm, four.
