Lisa Armstrong has reportedly finally sold the London mansion she once shared with ex-husband Ant McPartlin. The Strictly Come Dancing make-up artist, 47, and new dad Ant, 48, bought the property together for £2.3million in 2006. With Lisa keeping the deeds to the five-bedroom house following her split from the Britain’s Got Talent presenter in 2018. It’s now been reported that six years on from her divorce, Lisa has now made herself a tidy £1.7million profit thanks to selling her once marital home for £4million. Lisa had been renting the lavish house out for a whopping £10,000 a month over recent years. Described on Rightmove as “a substantial double-fronted family home” boasting a garden, gym, three bathrooms a cinema room and bar area. The mansion was one of Lisa’s final ties to her ex-husband, who recently welcomed his first child into the world with his new wife. “There are obviously lots of memories attached to the house,” a source close to Lisa disclosed to The Sun. “Lisa has long since moved on but this is essentially the last connection she has from her marriage to Ant. She bought a new home nearby after they divorced and added a pool and a gym. She rented the former marital home out, but after last year’s fire gutted a back bedroom she doesn’t want the hassle anymore.” Beauty guru Lisa spent over a decade married to TV star Ant, from 2006 until their split in 2018, sticking by his side even through his bouts of substance addiction. Ant went on to marry his former PA Annie-Marie Corbett in 2021, with the pair becoming parents to their newborn son, Wilder Patrick McPartlin earlier this year. An overjoyed Ant couldn’t help but gush about his growing family in May, boasting: “Baby is beautiful, Mummy’s a legend, Sisters are over the moon. Dad’s a mess.” As Ant shared his happy news, Lisa was in mourning as she marked the fifth anniversary of her father Derek Armstrong’s passing, just a day before her ex announced the birth of his first child. Overcome with emotion, Lisa took to Instagram to express her sorrow, posting a picture of her late father’s gravestone with the caption: “My Heart…5 years. #MyDegs #MyHero.” Derek, affectionately known as ‘Degs,’ died at the age of 71 on May 13, 2019, after a battle that reports suggest was with cancer.
