Annie Kilner is said to be “desperate to move on with life” after her husband Kyle Walker faced Lauryn Goodman in court.
The Manchester City defender, 34, admitted to having flings with influencer and model Lauryn Goodman, 33, after fathering her two children.
Kyle, who also shares four children with wife Annie, has denied having a “romantic relationship” with Lauryn. Last week, the pair were in court over their children.
Kyle wore his wedding ring has he arrived at court, while Lauryn made a more discreet entrance by covering her face.
Sources close to the footballer have told The Mirror he now doesn’t have an emotional relationship with either of Lauryn’s kids, although he does support them financially.
Lauyrn is set to appear on E4 show Celebs Go Dating next month as a source has claimed Annie “can’t believe it”.
“It’s really hit Annie because of the unfairness of it all,” they told Closer Magazine. “Her marriage has now become so dominated by this.” They said Annie and Kyle have had “blow after blow and they can’t seem to escape it”.
“They may have survived the cheating and betrayal, but Annie now feels like they can’t survive the constant onslaught and living in wait of what Lauryn may pull next.” Kyle is said to be “desperate” for it to come to an end “so they can just move on with life.” A source close to Kyle told the Mirror: “He is relieved the court case with Lauryn is over and he can go back to Manchester to be with his wife Annie and the family.
“He barely got to see them when he came back from the Euros and then had to head to London so he is looking forward to some quality family time now before the new football season starts.” Lauryn has son Kairo with Kyle as well as a daughter, who was born last year. She chose to keep the identity of her daughter’s father private until she reportedly confronted Annie over text at Christmas.
Lauryn reportedly sent a brutal message to model and mum-of-four Annie on Boxing Day 2023, saying: “I don’t have two baby daddies — I have one.” Sources close to Walker told the Mirror: “Unfortunately, he has had to make the decision to not be involved in the children’s lives emotionally due to Lauryn’s behaviour.”
While a fellow WAG also revealed to us their thoughts on Lauryn’s court appearance last week. They said: “For someone who momentarily takes their Instagram profile off private so that the press can print pictures of her children in Daddy 2 tops, despite him not being involved in their day-to-day lives, to turn up today pretending to not want the press interest is baffling. Lauryn is known for attempting to control a narrative that suits her story – she has consistently sought public attention with staged shoots, trips to the Euros and constant social media goading around her brief encounters with Kyle.”
