Kim Kardashian’s late entrance to a Paris fashion week show did not impress Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who made her thoughts on the reality star’s lateness clear.

As Kim took her seat after being 20 minutes late to Victoria Beckham’s catwalk show, which younger sister Kendall Jenner walked the runway at,

Anna Wintour gave her a brief icy smile but that was her only acknowledgement.

Whilst the Vogue editor isn’t known for being open and warm, the frosty reception was thought to be for Kim’s tardiness in delaying the start of the show.

The icy demeanour from Anna and Kim’s frantic rush through to Paris to attend the show was captured for the latest season of The Kardashians.

Tensions soared on-screen as Kim, alongside Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble, fretted through a nail-biting car journey, battling against the clock and congested streets,

only to arrive 20 minutes late, causing quite the stir as they hurried to their front-row seats after holding the show up.

In the episode a worried Kim can be heard asking, “Are they waiting for us?” Someone on her glam team tries to calm her down as they replied: “No but the line is like crazy to get there.”

In her piece to camera, Kim then adds: “The car ride took us an hour so we’re 20 minutes late to the show, and I’m not late like that. I’m very respectful of people’s time and I feel really bad that we’re late. I’m just stressed out because I just know what’s gonna come, and for everyone to just start with this story that we held up the show. ‘Who do they think they are?”’And that Anna (Wintour) was mad and that we don’t like each other.”

The series then cuts away to Kim taking her seat with a mere icy smile from Anna and a very quiet ‘hi’. Kim then adds in her voicecover: “‘I think if anything, we have to be extra on time, early, just not give anyone a reason to talk s***.”

The episode also sees Kardashian-Jenner matriach Kris left confused over where daughter Kendall Jenner is as she fails to recognise her in the fashion show. Model Kendall wore a sleek black suit and oversized glasses, but her mother couldn’t seem to spot her as she walked down the catwalk. In her piece to camera, Kris explained: “I’m like, maybe Kendall got stuck in traffic. What’s happening?”. She went on to say: “Kendall, I don’t want you to take this personally, but I think I should let you know that I did not see you walk because I did not recognise you. It’s so horrible!”

However, Kendall took Kris’ confession in her stride and even saw it as a compliment. Speaking directly to the camera, she expressed: “My family, my friends, they didn’t recognise me. But I kind of love that!”
