Clark and her Indiana Fever teammates took their feet off the gas on Saturday despite having to gear up for a huge game against the Phoenix Mercury. The former Hawkeye enjoyed some downtime at a Phoenix pool with Lexie Hull, Katie Lou Samuelson, and others.
In a clip shared to TikTok, Hull is heard asking the rookie whether she wants to “play Mermaids.” Clark says yes before getting out of the pool, jumping into an ice bath, jogging back, and cannonballing into the first pool.

Fever head coach Christie Sides said the player didn’t feel well, although she still played all but 33 seconds in the much-needed win.
Taurasi had 19 points for Phoenix, with Brittney Griner scoring 24 and Natasha Cloud registering 15.
“It’s amazing to see what Caitlin has done, and the one thing I really love about her is she loves the game,” Taurasi said after the loss. “She’s put the work in, and there’s been a lot of things thrown at her, and she keeps getting better every single game. Her future is super bright.”
The two teams will play again on Friday, July 12.
