Love Island favourites Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have ended their relationship, with sources claiming that their different parenting styles was the final nail in the coffin after five years together

Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury reportedly got into a heated row after the professional boxer allegedly left their daughter Bambi with a nanny to go on a night out with his friends.

Those close to the former couple have claimed that the incident, which reportedly happened earlier this year, put huge strain and tension on their relationship before their shock split last week.

Love Island stars Molly-Mae and Tommy, both 25, first sparked romance in 2019 and their connection was palpable from the get-go, with them going on to get engaged last summer, after welcoming their daughter, Bambi, in January 2023.

However, it seems that their whirlwind love story wasn’t meant to last as their shock break-up was announced last week. In heartbreaking separate statements posted after their split, they both emphasised that their daughter Bambi would remain their ‘priority’.

However, if rumours are to be true, it seems that their happy family life wasn’t as smooth sailing as it appeared to be on social media. Molly-Mae had previously revealed that she was struggling with ‘solo-parenting’ while Tommy was busy with work commitments. The YouTube sensation opened up in several vlogs about feeling alone while Tommy was forced to prioritise his professional boxing career.

Now, sources close to the former couple have claimed that Tommy’s desire to have a wild night with his friends instead of looking after Bambi in their £3.5m Cheshire home caused a huge rift between him and his ex-fiancée.

Speaking to Mail Online, the insider claimed that Molly-Mae had taken a rare night away from parenting duties when she went to stay at her mother’s home in Hertfordshire. The mum-of-one has reportedly entrusted their daughter Bambi, who was 12 months old at the time, with her dad Tommy.

Those close to the former couple have claimed that upon her return home to Cheshire, Molly-Mae was faced with a frustrating situation when her lavish home was left in a ‘mess’, with Tommy’s hungover friends still sprawled out asleep on the couches.

What reportedly hurt Molly the most was Tommy’s decision to leave Bambi in the care of the nanny instead of looking after her himself, a plan which the former couple had reportedly discussed. The incident reportedly led to a blazing row and Molly-Mae was left ‘deeply upset’ with Tommy over his behaviour.

Following the shock announcement of their split, Molly-Mae has been living in her £3.5 million Cheshire mansion with Bambi after Tommy was reportedly ‘kicked out’.

Both Molly and Tommy continue to follow each other on Instagram, suggesting that private conversations could still be taking place. While it seems unlikely right now, given the rawness of the breakup, this open line of communication could possibly reignite their love in the future.
