Gisele Bundchen’s new home in southern Florida is move-in ready after a long renovation.

The Vogue supermodel snapped up a property on the exclusive Indian Creek Island for $11.5million in mid 2022.

And the 43-year-old Nourish cookbook author was hands-on when it came to reshaping the two-story dwelling to suit her needs as she was seen often outside the home talking to construction workers.

The mansion has a view of the creek and in the backyard is a large swimming pool where she can splash around with her two children she shares with her ex-husband Tom Brady.

Brady also has a large home in Florida; the former football star and the Brazilian bikini model married in 2009 and divorced in 2022.

The cover girl – who will turns 44-years-old on July 20 – has since moved on with her jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, 34.

The home also boasts a generous boat dock where outdoor sofas and lounge chairs can be seen.

The dwelling is roomy at 6,600-square-feet on an 18,400-square-foot plot.

There is plenty of room outside; in addition to the swimming pool there is an adjacent hit tub. Off to the side is a patio area for dining, and there is also a small lawn.

The home has two back patios that have room for living and dining room settings. 

Inside, there is enough space for Gisele, her two kids as well as guests as it has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. 

The home is located near Brady’s pad; the two wanted to live close to each other so that it is easier shuttling the children back and forth, it has been claimed. 

Last week it was claimed the ex of Leonardo DiCaprio is doing better than ever.

Bundchen was said to feels ‘secure and happy’ in her life. The 43-year-old model believes she’s ‘blossomed’ since her high-profile split from Brady.

A source told PEOPLE: ‘She is secure and happy, and so busy with her life that she doesn’t have time to dwell on the negatives out there.’

Gisele – who has Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, with Tom – began dating Joaquim Valente following her break-up from the sporting icon.

The duo were recently spotted together on a cosy-looking stroll, amid speculation about their relationship status.

However, an insider has now told PEOPLE that they have a ‘close relationship – but not a serious love affair’.

Gisele announced her split from Tom back in 2022.

The model released a statement at the time, explaining that the celebrity duo had simply ‘grown apart’.

The blonde beauty said: ‘The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always.’

Meanwhile, Tom insisted that his children would be his number one priority moving forwards.

The sports star – who also has Jack, 16, with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan – wrote on Instagram: ‘In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage.

‘We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way.

‘We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve.’

In May, Brady was the star of a Netflix roast which Kim Kardashian attended.

He has since regretted that his children were ‘affected’ by its gags.

The retired NFL player, 46, was targeted with a string of close-to-the-knuckle jokes during the live special on May 5 at the Kia Forum in California, about his divorce from Bundchen.

Tom told The Pivot’podcast: ‘I loved when the jokes were about me. I thought they were so fun. I didn’t like the way that affected my kids.’

The seven-time Super Bowl champion added he didn’t think his decision to be a part of ‘The Roast of Tom Brady’ through properly.

He said: ‘It’s the hardest part about like, the bittersweet aspect of when you do something that you think is one way and then all of a sudden you realise, ‘I wouldn’t do that again,’ because of the way that affected actually the people that I care about the most in the world.

‘So it makes you in some ways a better parent going through it because sometimes you’re naive you don’t know or you get a little like, ‘Oh s***!’

Tom also said he learned a ‘good lesson’ due to the quips that were made about his family.

He added: ‘You don’t see the full picture all of the time. It’s a good lesson for me as a parent. I’m going to be a better parent as I go forward because of it.

‘At the same time, I’m happy everyone who was there had a lot of fun.’

Page Six has reported Gisele was left ‘deeply disappointed’ by the gags about her and her failed marriage at Tom’s roast.

A source told the outlet just after the event aired: ‘As always, (Gisele’s) priority is to support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcasted.

‘This past week, Gisele has been tirelessly dedicated to aiding those in need in her home state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, which is grappling with the worst flooding in its history.

‘She was concerned about family affected by the devastating floods, so to hear her life being joked about was very disappointing.’
