During the latest instalment, the Prime Minister, 44, joined the panel as he was asked a series of questions by panellists Kaye Adams, Janet, 77, Judi Love and Jane Moore.

At the start of the chat, host Kaye, 61, said: “Welcome, welcome, you’ve got your own mug and everything!” to which the Prime Minister responded: “I’m very excited about this mug, my office were asking about the mug before I came, they’re going to be particularly happy!”

Janet then said: “You were quite smiley earlier, weren’t you?”, she then jokingly issued a seven-word warning, saying: “Will you be smiley in five minutes?” to which the Prime Minister quipped: “What have you got? It depends what you’ve got written there!” with Kaye adding: “Don’t you worry, Janet will look after you!”

“I think you’re a decent man, I do think you work really hard, hat’s off to you for that, I do think your heart’s in the right place but why do you hate pensioners?” Janet added: “That is the only conclusion I can come to as a result of the spring budget.”
