Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were photographed house hunting in New York City over the weekend, nearly one year after buying their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion.
The couple bundled up to check out various townhomes on the Upper East Side, with the singer pairing a striped top and wide-legged jeans with a black trench coat for the outing.
As for Affleck, the Oscar winner layered up in a Nirvana tee, an unbuttoned flannel and a black jacket.
The 51-year-old completed the look with jeans and his signature Nikes.
One of the listings the duo viewed is an apartment boasting six bedrooms on four floors, as well as a rooftop terrace, a garden and a finished basement. It’s asking $45,000 a month, as The Post’s Jennifer Gould reported exclusively Monday.

After seeing the 6,700 square-foot listing, Lopez, 54, continued to search solo in Manhattan on Monday, dressed far more casually in a gray pullover, matching sweats and white sneakers.
The songwriter has been documenting her time in NYC on social media, sharing sweet “spring break” snaps with her 16-year-old child Emme via Instagram.
The duo saw “Merrily We Roll Along” on Broadway and met some of the show’s stars, including Jonathan Groff.
Lopez is also the mother of Emme’s twin brother, Max, as well as the stepmom to Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s three kids — Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
The blended family lives in the 38,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion Lopez and Affleck paid for in cash in May 2023 and occasionally give glimpses of in social media posts.
The “Gigli” co-stars have been married since July 2022.
After the house hunting in New York City, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been continuing to explore potential properties in the area. They are considering various townhomes on the Upper East Side, looking for the perfect place to call home.
During their search, they came across a listing that caught their eye – a stunning apartment with four floors and nearly 7,000 square feet of space. This luxurious property is asking $45,000 a month, but with six bedrooms and a rooftop terrace, it may be worth the price.
While Lopez and Affleck have been busy with their house hunting adventures, they also took some time to enjoy Easter in the Big Apple. Lopez has been sharing glimpses of their time in the city on social media, giving fans a peek into their exciting adventures.
It’s clear that the couple is looking for the perfect place to settle down with their blended family. From their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion to potential properties in New York City, Lopez and Affleck are on a mission to find their dream home.
