Prosecutors shockingly unveiled evidence accusing Diddy’s lawyers of “fabricating proof” in video footage from the FREAK OFF party: “They’re trying to shift blame onto the victims…”

Sean “Diddy” Combs, the famed music mogul behind Bad Boy Records, is pushing back against serious federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering in a new court filing.

The filing, which was submitted by his legal team, addresses the core of the prosecution’s case:

a series of alleged “freak offs” involving adult performers.

Combs’ defense is calling for the government to turn over videos mentioned in the indictment,

which they claim show that the encounters were consensual and challenge the prosecution’s narrative.

The filing strongly rejects claims made by prosecutors, asserting that the sexual encounters were filmed consensually with adults, and denies any involvement of minors or coercion.

The defense team criticized the government’s portrayal of the events, calling it “sexist and puritanical,” and argued that the prosecution’s accusations perpetuate damaging stereotypes, especially about women’s victimhood and lack of agency.

“There are no secret cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities involved, no underground tunnels, no minors, and not so much as a hint of coercion or violence,” the legal document states. The defense team further emphasized that the videos, which were referenced in the prosecution’s indictment, show “adults having consensual sex, plain and simple.”

Combs is currently facing multiple federal charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting individuals to engage in prostitution, following an indictment issued in September 2024. The indictment specifically focuses on the alleged “freak offs,” which prosecutors claim were orchestrated by Combs and involved male sex workers and women who were allegedly coerced into participating in these explicit encounters.

The prosecution’s allegations paint a lurid picture of “elaborate and produced sex performances,” which they argue were a part of a wider pattern of sex trafficking and exploitation under Combs’ influence. Prosecutors assert that the women involved were either forced or manipulated into taking part in these activities, a claim that has sparked significant controversy.

In response, Combs’ legal team has consistently maintained that the activities were entirely consensual. They also assert that the prosecution’s stance is rooted in a biased, outdated view of sexuality and gender dynamics. The defense contends that the government’s portrayal is rooted in a puritanical and paternalistic view that assumes women involved in such activities are automatically victims, regardless of their personal agency or consent.

Furthermore, Combs’ lawyers are requesting that the prosecution provide copies of the videos that have been referenced in the indictment. The defense argues that these videos will reveal that no illegal activity occurred and that all individuals involved were adults who had freely chosen to participate in the filmed encounters.

As Combs fights to clear his name, the legal battle is intensifying. The mogul is currently incarcerated in Brooklyn, after being denied bail by Judge Arun Subramanian, who expressed concerns that Combs might tamper with potential witnesses or interfere with the case if released. This has added another layer of complexity to the ongoing legal proceedings, which have captured widespread public attention due to the high-profile nature of the case and Combs’ status in the entertainment industry.

The latest filing marks the latest development in a case that has already seen intense media scrutiny. Combs, who has consistently pleaded not guilty to all charges, is now looking to turn the tide in the court of public opinion by challenging the prosecution’s claims and asserting his innocence.

As the case continues to unfold, the legal strategies employed by both the prosecution and defense are likely to remain a focal point in the media. Combs’ defense is already positioning itself to question the fairness and motivations behind the case, while prosecutors are working to prove that the charges against Combs are legitimate and backed by compelling evidence.

In the coming months, the outcome of this high-profile case could have significant legal and social implications, particularly in how the justice system handles allegations of sex trafficking and the rights of individuals involved in consensual sexual activities. For now, the legal battle continues, with both sides gearing up for a long fight ahead.
